Heavy in the Sky is a visual representation of upside down rivers hanging heavy in the sky. These cloudlike forms are composed of 800 ft of floral wire, beading string, and over 1,000 glass beads. Throughout the creation of this piece I reflected on my connection to our Earth and the magnitude that its elements hold in every aspect of our lives. Like water I hope to adapt fluidly to whatever situation life brings me.
